Key Features

* One Piece Driveshaft replaces stock 2 piece thus eliminating unecessary rotating components.
* LFP's precision Steel Driveshaft is 3.5" thick.
* These driveshafts have none of the clearance issues associated with other aluminum driveshafts on the market. No need to drill or bend parts on your car or relocate brake cables, even on lowered cars. This steel driveshaft has just a 3.5" diameter.
* Better than mass produced Ford replacements.
* Not only do we utilize the best aluminum and steel, we also feature superior joint design and forged yolks. This provides great resistance to high horsepower forces instead of breaking under stress.
* State-of-the-art welding processes for improved reliability.

Your driveshaft contains every bit of the power your engine produces. In low gear it delivers engine torque multiplied many times. In high gear it delivers engine torque and peak horsepower while turning at the same RPM as the engine.

To enjoy smooth, safe operation, this critical link deserves every owner's serious attention.

If your like most Mustang Enthusiasts, the chances are good that the driveshaft is one of the last things you think about (or have you?) when compiling your High-Performance parts wish list. More than likely, items like LFP Pulley Kits, Whipple Superchargers, Cold Air Induction Kits, and Exhaust (to name a few) come first followed by Chassis and Suspension Modifications.

But the more power you add, or the more capable you make your chassis at handling that power, the greater the chances are that you will soon become acutely aware of your stock driveshaft's presence-usually a hum or vibration to the average daily driver (without getting too technical).

LFP's Steel Driveshaft is lighter, takes less power to turn, and it runs smoother, it's a reciprocating assembly so anything you can do to reduce mass in the driveline helps. Lest you question this reasoning, consider that almost all race cars use lightweight driveshaft assemblies and lightweight wheels-not so much to save weight overall, but to help get the vehicle's mass moving more quickly, thereby quickening response.
