one-piece Ultra-Light Aluminum Driveshaft Kit. This rotational weight reduction alone is responsible for gains of 14+ RWHP. Additionally the benefits of the LFP Shelby Driveshaft can be felt and heard in reduced drive line harmonics and
vibration. Aluminum absorbs rotating harmonics much more
efficiently without the long term fatigue associated with steel or
carbon fiber. The factory Driveshaft is rated at an estimated
450-500rwhp while the LFP Shelby Aluminum Driveshaft kit is rated over 1000+ rwhp and have been installed on many of our Twin Turbo Setups.
The LFP Pro Race Aluminum Driveshaft kit is provided with solid 1350 series u-joints and a CNC machined 7075 billet
front flange to replace the OE cast piece.
Installation of this kit is quite simple includes simple direct
bolt-on installation instructions with supplied adapter plate &
bolts and should take no more than 1 hour to complete.
