LFP is pleased to announce our new EXTREME performance heat exchanger featuring an unprecedented 18 fin per inch cooling surface and more inches of tube per core than any other heat exchanger on currently available making it the most efficient heat exchanger on the market.
Power is lost when heat is produced. Adding boost to your supercharged 99-04 Lightning or 02-03 Harley Davidson PU also adds power killing heat. The Stock intercooler becomes less and less effective in keeping intercooler fluid temps. in check. Adding a LFP EXTREME performance intercooler heat exchanger will increase fluid capacity and drop fluid temperatures a constant 35 degrees (approx.) thus aiding in the prevention of heat soak.
The LFP EXTREME performance heat exchanger features:
- All aluminum tig welded light weight construction
- over twice the core size of stock exchanger
- 18 fins per inch for maximum airflow/maximum cooling
- Much larger fluid holding tanks
- Furnace brazed eliminating any sealing problem
LFP intercooler EXTREME heat exchangers mount in stock position with provided aluminum hangers and rubber mounting bushings. No cutting is required. Will not hang below bumper. 1/2" NPT fitting for drain back is included.
All additional hardware is provided providing for a trouble free 1.5 to 2.0 hour install..
