LFP Bullet Proof 5.4L Forged Short Block

LFP put our engineers to work and examined all the motors available on the market for the 5.4L Modular. We have invested many hours evaluating and refining each of the 5.4L engine products on our Chassis DYNO, and at race tracks coast to coast to ensure that we would develop as much power as possible, and as safely as possible. We found strong components in some blocks but found many manufacturers were cutting corners in critical engine components. After almost 2 years of research the end result is our now available "LFP Bullet Proof Fully Forged Short Block!"

Lightning Force Performance starts our Build with a Brand New Ford Racing Bare Block balanced, blueprinted, and machined .20 Over. From this platform we incorporate a Forged Kellogg Crank Shaft, Install Forged Eagle H-Beam Rods and secure them with Upgraded ARP 2000 Forged Rod Bolts (No more worries about launching another rod). We attach LFP Speced Diamond Racing Pistons which feature heat treat coating on skirt of piston and slightly thicker piston deck (preventing piston deck damage from detonation) and secured with Upgraded H-13 Tooled Steel Wrist Pins (Conventional Pins Fail under heavy loads).

Once the Base Components are installed and secured, we finish the build with Federal Mogul Bearings and Chromolly Piston Rings. LFP also includes an HO Ford Racing Oil Pump assembly and freeze plugs to complete the build.
