LM 26 Spline Clutch Disc & Plate
The CENTERFORCE® LMC Series is designed for
road racing and circle track enthusiasts. Manufactured from high strength
aluminum billet with a riveted heat shield, this new series of Light Metal
Clutch covers uses a patented 'Ball Bearing' actuated diaphragm (patent
#5499704). This patented ball bearing actuated diaphragm allows increased clamping
force while maintaining comfortable pedal pressure. Used in conjunction with
CENTERFORCE® Aluminum flywheels, these units bring 'Light Weight' to it's
optimum!
The Centerforce LMC Series Clutches are a
specifically designed low inertia performance clutch that dramatically reduces
engine rotating mass. These light weight, SFI approved competition clutches are
designed for most circle track and road racing. Centerforce machines these
special pressure plates from high-strength aircraft-grade billet aluminum and
then attach a special heat-treated replaceable friction surface. The
Centerforce LMC series friction disc utilizes a dual-segmented carbon composite
lining for improved cooling and excellent torque capacity. This new series of
Light Metal Clutch assemblies from Centerforce uses their patented ‘Ball
Bearing’ actuated diaphragm and centrifugal weight system for maximum grip
while maintaining a comfortable and controllable clutch pedal.
