The Centerforce LM Series Clutches are an exclusively developed low inertia performance clutch that radically reduces engine rotating mass. These light weight, SFI approved competition clutches are created for most circle track and road racing. Centerforce machines these pressure plates from high-strength aircraft-grade billet aluminum, and then attach a special heat-treated replaceable friction surface. The Centerforce LM series friction disc uses a dual-segmented carbon composite lining for enhanced cooling and exceptional torque capacity. This new series of Light Metal Clutch assemblies from Centerforce uses their patented ‘Ball Bearing’ actuated diaphragm and centrifugal weight system for the utmost grip strength, while maintaining a relaxed and convenient clutch pedal.
