The Bassani BX Mid-pipes are a very important component of the overall exhaust system that Bassani manufactures for the Mustang. Its job is to improve performance and to create the exotic exhaust tone that is unique to the Bassani pipes. Performance improvements are achieved by using high-flow catalytic converters and Bassani's smooth X-crossover.

The Bassani BXMid pipe retains some of the deep rumble of the factory H-pipe, but adds a higher-pitch element that is best described as exotic!
